Romanian Frankincense

This collection wine was created from grapes that have reached full maturity, after naturally accumulating a generous sugar content. The grapes were sorted by hand, then followed the path to obtain the must through light pressing, the liquor being left to ferment on the skins for 24 hours.

The legend says that this was the favorite variety of the deities, being also used as a currency.

Romanian incense, served in the right glass, reproduces the scorching color of the sun among the rows of vines on the Tiganului Hill.

With a greenish yellow color with slight golden reflections, it is an extractive wine with intense floral aromas of acacia, lime honey, elderflower and passion fruit.

This corpulent wine with fresh acidity, with a special taste, fruity and floral offers us a discreet grapefruit cough and a very long and rich finish at the same time.

Direct and friendly, a friendly wine, good for any occasion.

It is the ideal partner for dishes such as baked sea bream or chicken or turkey meatballs in cream sauce. It goes very well with seafood, slightly salty refined cheeses, with Asian food or pasta with white sauce.

For a full taste experience, we recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 8 – 12°C.
