The power of our wine is given by the well-ripened grapes under the sun’s rays with Mediterranean influences, then picked by hand and kept to macerate for 10 days.
The wine is obtained entirely by lightly pressing the grapes. The flavor of forest fruits can be distinguished, which delicately completes the strongly aromatic bouquet of this red wine.
We recommend serving at an optimal temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius.
The association with fried, sauteed or grilled meats, chicken or lamb dishes make it more valuable.
